For all ages. Classes taught on several levels. No experience necessary for beginners. Don’t wait to jump in.
Description: Each class begins with a warm-up followed by basic steps and isolations as well as “belly-aerobics” style dances. Join us for some FUN exercise!
What to wear: Comfortable clothing with elasticized waistbands, leotards, tights, crop tops, etc.; a coin or simple hip scarf & fun earrings; ballet slippers or dance sandals .

Twirl a veil, shake a hip, experience the great joy and mystery of an ancient dance.
No experience necessary.
The benefits of this ancient dance are looseness, suppleness, flexibility, toned muscles and just plain FUN.
What to wear: most comfortable are anything with elasticized waistbands. Bare feet, dance sandals, ballet slippers, leather soles (no rubber soles that will stick to carpet). Fun to add a simple hip scarf and outrageous earrings.
